Our Services

Elemental Immersion offers a variety of opportunities for you to ‘immerse yourself in the elements’!

There are a range of options; free weekly group sessions, bespoke individual sessions targeting your specific wellness needs, half day retreats or events to support your business or charity. We also aim to provide a Social Prescribing Pathway for people with long term medical conditions who would like to try a wider approach to support the medical management of their health and wellbeing (please note this is NOT an alternative to medical management).

FREE Weekly group cold water immersion therapy

Join us for an introduction to cold water therapy to connect with the water and others. Hour long sessions will run on a Tuesday, starting at either 10am or 3pm (tide dependant), at Botany Bay in Stonehaven. The sessions aim to improve your confidence in the water and will cover the following: The effects of cold water; basic water safety principles; breath-work and meditation/mindfulness approaches

These sessions are FREE and are aimed at people with long term health conditions and mental health concerns who have not previously had the confidence to try something like this but would like to give it a go. The sessions will provide you with the skills and links to a wider network to empower you.

*Please note that you should have sought the advice of a medical practitioner to establish whether you are fit to participate in cold water immersion. You choose to undertake these sessions at your own risk. Please see the health screening form below.

*You may ask your GP to refer you to these session as part of a social prescribing initiative.

Individual 'bespoke' elemental immersion session - 1hr

Choose your own location and core content from the selection below and I will put together a bespoke wellness session which targets your needs and goals.

PICK and MIX from the following:

  • Sea; river; loch; waterfall; forest; hill

  • Meditation; mindfulness; pilates; breath-work

  • Art therapy; poetry/journaling; forest bathing

  • Sauna (additional fee)

This session will be preceded by a one to one assessment of your needs with personalised goal setting. Register your interest below and I will contact you to discuss this and arrange a mutually convenient time.

Bespoke Small Group Immersion (1 hour)

Small group activities (3-8 people max) in a variety of locations. These can be tailored to your group’s needs and can combine a selection of the suggestions below.

PICK and MIX from the following:

  • Sea; river; loch; waterfall; forest; hill

  • Meditation; mindfulness; pilates; breath-work

  • Art therapy; poetry/journaling; forest bathing

  • Sauna (additional fee)

1 hour - £15 per person for 1 hour sessions

Bespoke Half Day Small Group Immersion

Small group activities (3-8 people max) in a variety of locations. These can be tailored to your group’s needs and can combine a selection of the suggestions below.

  • Art therapy; poetry/journaling; forest bathing

Half day (3hours) - £35 per person

Corporate Immersion Events

Wellness is critical in today’s workforce, building resilience and reducing stress. Supporting your team with a well being offering can boost moral, enhance teamwork, reduce sick leave and improve overall productivity. Contact us directly to discuss options to support your business or corporate event.

Prices will be confirmed on application and will be dependant on the type of activity offered and the duration of the event - max group size of 8 people. Starting at £100 for a 1 hour group session.

Charity Immersion Events

If you are a charity supporting communities, carers and people with life limiting or long term conditions then please reach out to discuss opportunities to provide well being to the people who need it most. Any charges will be non profit and will only cover the cost of running the session. Maximum group size, 8 people.

Social Prescribing Pathway

Nature based social prescribing is now being supported by the Scottish Government via their Social Prescribing Framework for Scotland. It connects people to community activities and non-clinical support to address the root causes of ill health. Key benefits include improved mental/physical wellbeing, increased self-confidence, reduced social isolation and better support for long-term conditions. It is now available on the NHS via GP or link worker referral. The weekly immersion group is now listed on ALISS (A Local Information System for Scotland) so ask your GP or link worker to signpost you to this group or contact me directly by registering your interest below.

We are registered on ALISS - A Local Information System for Scotland. ALISS is a national digital programme enabling people and professionals to find and share information on health and wellbeing resources, services, groups, and support in their local communities and online.
